Glass roofs are gorgeous. The catch is a whole sheet of unshaded glass over your head, on top of every other window.
There is one thing worth knowing up front. Factory sunroof and glass-roof panels are usually laminated glass, which cannot be tinted, so film does not go on the roof itself. What we can do is tint every side and rear window to cut the heat, glare and UV your cabin cops, which is where most of the sun still gets in. We look at your exact car, recommend the right film and shade, and tell you plainly what will and will not make a difference.

A glass roof adds a whole sheet of unshaded glass overhead. Tinting every side and rear window cuts up to 80% of the heat that pours in, so the space under the roof stops baking and the aircon keeps up.
Glare knocked right down
Bright sky and a low western sun wash straight through a bare cabin. Up to 90% less glare means the open, airy feel of a glass roof does not come with squinting on the drive home.
Interior protected from UV
Up to 99% of UV blocked shields the dash, seats and trim that a big glass roof leaves fully exposed, slowing the fade and cracking the sun does to a cabin.

Tint goes on all windows except the front windscreen and sunroof glass, and vehicles with laminated glass cannot be tinted. Nano Ceramic is the premium upgrade, using nano-ceramic technology for high infra-red heat rejection, so the cabin stays noticeably cooler, while staying non-metallic so it never interferes with your GPS, phone or sensors. In South Australia, your front side windows must let at least 35% of light through, so 35% is the darkest legal shade there. Rear side windows and the rear screen can go darker. The windscreen cannot be tinted except for a visor strip along the top. We keep every car within the legal limits and can fit right up to the darkest legal shade on the front, advising the right compliant option before any film is cut.
