35% shadeIn South Australia the front side windows must be 35% or lighter, so that is the darkest legal front shade. Rear windows can go darker, down to a 5% limo look. The upgrade everyone asks for
Nano Ceramic Tint is the film our customers keep asking us about, and once they feel the difference on a hot day, they understand why. It uses nano-ceramic particles instead of metal or dye, which lets it reject serious heat while staying clear and keeping your car's electronics working normally.
It is worth it. The headline is infra-red heat rejection, the part of sunlight you actually feel as warmth on your arm and through the seat. Nano ceramic cuts a large share of it, so through an Adelaide summer the cabin loads up with far less heat and your air conditioning does not have to fight as hard.
Cooler cabin, all the same protection
Nano Ceramic keeps everything Jet Black does well, the deep look, the UV block, the glare control, and pushes the heat rejection further. Across our range we block up to 99% of UV, cut heat by up to 80%, and reduce glare by up to 90%, with only around 5% loss of visible light.

Non-metallic and signal-safe
Because nano ceramic uses no metal, it will not interfere with the things a modern car relies on: GPS, keyless entry, tyre-pressure sensors, digital radio, and your phone all keep working normally. Older metallised films can knock those signals about, ceramic does not.
It also stays optically clear, so the view out is sharp by day and at night, with none of the haze cheaper films can leave, and it holds its colour rather than purpling out over the years.

Like all our work, Nano Ceramic is custom cut to your exact car, with every window fitted so there are no gaps at the top or bottom, and it goes on all glass except the windscreen and any sunroof. You can run it in shades from a lighter finish through to the dark rear look, always kept within South Australia's legal limits up front.

Jet Black Metalised is our proven standard film: a deep, glare-cutting black that blocks heat and UV at a great price. Nano Ceramic is the premium upgrade, using nano-ceramic technology for high infra-red heat rejection, so the cabin stays noticeably cooler, while staying non-metallic so it never interferes with your GPS, phone or sensors. Both come in a range of shades and carry our lifetime warranty.
In South Australia, your front side windows must let at least 35% of light through, so 35% is the darkest legal shade there. Rear side windows and the rear screen can go darker. The windscreen cannot be tinted except for a visor strip along the top. We keep every car within the legal limits and can fit right up to the darkest legal shade on the front, advising the right compliant option before any film is cut.
For the first few days after tinting, avoid rolling the tinted windows down while the film cures. Leave cleaning the inside of the tinted glass for a couple of weeks, then use a soft microfibre cloth and an ammonia-free cleaner. Never use abrasive materials on tinted glass. Cared for this way, quality tint stays looking new for the life of the film.
