Why tint your car
Tinting your vehicle is a smart decision. It improves the look of the car, but there are plenty of other reasons to do it. Tint protects you and your family from harmful UV rays, reduces the heat that builds up inside the car, and takes the strain off your air conditioning, so you save fuel and power.
It also cuts glare that tires your eyes, adds privacy, and slows the fading that the sun does to your seats, dash and trim. In the Adelaide sun, quality tint is less a luxury and more a necessity.

How we fit your tint
No gaps
Fitted to every window
Every single window is custom fit, which means absolutely no gaps at the top or bottom of the glass. Tint goes on all windows except the front windscreen and any sunroof.

Given the time it needs
We work in our home workshop rather than a busy showroom, which keeps our overheads low and lets us give each car the time it needs for a clean, bubble-free finish.
Legal shades and night visibility
Quality film keeps excellent visibility, including at night. We offer a range of shades, from a lighter tint that keeps the cabin bright down to a dark limo look on the rear glass, and we will advise the right shade for your driving and for South Australian law.
Front side windows are governed by state VLT rules, so we fit within the law and keep your car roadworthy, right up to the darkest legal shade if that is the look you want.

Troy is a fully qualified tinter with more than sixteen years behind the film, and he realised customers wanting their windows tinted were simply paying too much. Working from a proper home workshop means fewer overheads, and fewer overheads means we can offer the same quality products and service for a much lower price than some of our competitors.

Nano Ceramic is the premium upgrade, using nano-ceramic technology for high infra-red heat rejection, so the cabin stays noticeably cooler, while staying non-metallic so it never interferes with your GPS, phone or sensors. Both come in a range of shades and carry our lifetime warranty.
In South Australia, your front side windows must let at least 35% of light through, so 35% is the darkest legal shade there. Rear side windows and the rear screen can go darker. The windscreen cannot be tinted except for a visor strip along the top. We keep every car within the legal limits and can fit right up to the darkest legal shade on the front, advising the right compliant option before any film is cut.
For the first few days after tinting, avoid rolling the tinted windows down while the film cures. Leave cleaning the inside of the tinted glass for a couple of weeks, then use a soft microfibre cloth and an ammonia-free cleaner. Never use abrasive materials on tinted glass. Cared for this way, quality tint stays looking new for the life of the film.
